Is this service for companies or also for independent professionals?

Both. We work with mid-to-large companies, but also with independent professionals who want to automate specific workflows. The diagnosis process is the same — we adapt the scope to your reality.

Do I need an in-house technical team?

No. Our team handles the entire technical implementation. Your team only needs to understand the business process we're automating.

How long until I see the first results?

The agent goes live within 6–10 weeks from the start of the diagnosis. Results are visible from the first day of production operation.

What if the process changes after implementation?

The agent is configurable. During the 3-month support period included, we cover workflow adjustments, minor integration changes, and performance tuning. Structural changes to the business process are scoped as a new project.

Which systems can it integrate with?

Any system with an available API. Common examples include SAP, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace, SQL/NoSQL databases, and proprietary systems with a REST or SOAP API.

What happens after the 3-month support period?

We offer ongoing maintenance and optimisation plans with different coverage levels. Details are defined at project close based on your team's needs.

Which agent should I implement first?

It depends on where the bottleneck is in your operation or daily work. MATY is ideal when there is a high volume of client interactions or repetitive queries. Juanito applies when manual commercial processes are consuming time. Roboto is the best fit for automating internal data flows. Can you build custom agents, or only MATY, Juanito, and Roboto?

Yes. In addition to our three agents, we develop custom AI agents for specific processes that don't fit a standard product. In the consultation we assess whether an existing product covers your need or whether a custom build makes more sense.

How is data security and privacy handled during implementation?

The agent is deployed in the client's own infrastructure — not on Clientmetrica's servers — so your data never leaves your environment. The implementation follows your organisation's security policies, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before any project begins.
